The Belly Dance Center offers private belly dance lessons in Modi’in, from beginner level (from the first step) to the professional level. The lessons are held one-on-one, just the teacher and the student, or in small groups (up to 4 women). The pace of progress and the topics focused on in the lessons are adapted to the needs and desires of the student.
There are many diverse styles in oriental dance, popularly called belly dance, from Baladi, the folk Egyptian style, to the modern Sahrki style, and the fusion styles, which combine belly dance with other dance styles. The lessons begin with learning the basic technique of the dance, basic movements, and later on, combination, choreography, improvisation, and even dancing with accessories like scarves, sticks, sagats (small cymbals worn on the fingers). Therefore, every student can find a connection to this rich dance. In addition, another option is having aerobic belly dance classes, which help improve physical fitness and loose weight.
Belly dance classes are suitable for everyone. No previous experience is necessary, just a desire to dance and have fun!
