Belly dance workshops & shows for dance students & troupes

Oriental dance, or as it is more popularly called, belly dance, has developed a lot in recent decades, and has turned from a folk dance into an artistic dance that is increasingly present on stages and festivals in Israel and around the world. The Belly Dance Center offers dance workshops as well as a unique show. Being different from classical ballet and modern dance, in its movement language and cultural context, the encounter with this style can greatly enrich students majoring in dance as well as professional dancers who specialize in other dance styles.

The workshops can be tailored according to the composition and level of the group. All the workshops are led by Sagit Elmaliach, choreographer and teacher of oriental dance for over 30 years, director of the Belly Dance Center.

It is possible to book a dance workshop or show, combine several workshops and even a show in one concentrated day, or book several sessions.
